Meet Sebastian
I've always been a person who's been 8 million places at once. In school, I played sports for over 20 hours a week, studied hard, and found time to hang out with friends. Because of this, a "normal" job seemed pretty odd to me. I wanted to make changes, take risks, and make my home of Minnesota and the Midwest a better place.
The answer: Entrepreneurship. I started buying and reselling goods on eBay, then attending antique houses, estate sales, and auctions. I loved hunting to find unique items that others had passed over. With my passion, eye for detail, and entrepreneurial spirit — I knew I wanted to create SebastianCharles Auctions to make the consigning process seamless and fun.
Our Journey
After five years in business, SebastianCharles Auctions has expanded its reach globally. Being young but experienced in the industry allows me to capitalize on the latest technologies while having extensive knowledge of the products we sell.
Over time, I've developed a deep passion for selling art — understanding the stories behind each piece and connecting them with the right buyers has become one of the most rewarding aspects of the business.
When I'm not working in the business, I'm traveling to new places, spending time with friends, and taking spontaneous adventures. I'm a total extrovert — always cracking jokes with my family, finding ways to make strangers smile, and connecting with people honestly and authentically.
