Description
Norman Hammered is a Shreve Arts and Crafts flatware pattern introduced in 1909. As the name says, the surface shows a hand-hammered texture rather than a smooth polish. Shreve also sold a smooth version as Norman Plain, so match the finish when you build or sell a set. Some sets carry an applied cut-out monogram, and hollow-handled knives may have an applied design. Check the back for the Shreve name and STERLING.
