Step 03 — Schedule a Preview

Previews can be scheduled Monday through Friday via email or by calling us.

Step 04 — Place Your Bids

Bid online in advance, live during the auction, or by phone. You can also submit absentee bids at your maximum if you can't attend.

Step 05 — Win & Pay

If you're the highest bidder, you'll receive an invoice via email. Payment is due within 7 business days of the sale.

Step 06 — Collect Your Items

Arrange pickup from our gallery or request fully insured shipping to your door. We work with trusted fine-art carriers nationwide.

Online / Live — Bid in real time from anywhere through our auction portal. Watch the auction unfold and place bids with a single click.
Absentee — Submit your maximum bid in advance and our auctioneer will bid on your behalf, only going as high as necessary to win.
Phone — Arrange for a member of our team to call you during the lot and relay bids on your behalf in real time.

Do I need to register before I can bid?

Yes. Registration is free and typically approved same-day. A valid payment method is required to register and bid.

Can I bid if I can't attend the auction live?

Absolutely. You can place absentee bids in advance, bid online in real time, or arrange to bid by phone with one of our staff.

What is a buyer's premium?

A buyer's premium is a percentage added to the hammer price to determine the total purchase price. Our current buyer's premium is listed in the conditions of sale for each auction.

Can I preview items in person?

Yes. Previews can be scheduled Monday through Friday via email or by calling us.

How does shipping work?

We offer fully insured shipping through trusted fine-art carriers. Shipping quotes are available before the auction. Local pickup from our gallery is also available at no additional charge.
