Description
Pointed Antique dates to 1895 and began as a Dominick & Haff pattern. Reed & Barton bought Dominick & Haff in 1928 and kept making it, so you will see it sold under both names. As the name says, the handle is plain with a pointed tip, and it was also sold engraved. Older pieces carry Dominick & Haff marks and later pieces carry the Reed & Barton name with Sterling. If your set mixes the two makers' marks, it can still be one pattern bought over many years.
